Bringing together the futures of Xenoblade Chronicles and Xenoblade Chronicles 2, this title will take players to the world of Aionios, inhabited by two hostile nations.

Keves: A nation where mechanical technology has been developed. Its armies are composed of units where war vehicles are predominant. They use mobile small arms patrols operated directly by the soldiers.

Agnus: A nation that draws its strength from the Aether, a magical technology. Its armies are based on units specialized in Aether combat and use small, mobile, autonomous weapons powered by this technology.

Six soldiers from these nations will take part in an epic journey where life is the central theme.

Noah: Private Keves, is one of the protagonists of Xenoblade Chronicles 3. Noah is also a "passer-by", in charge of mourning the soldiers who lost their lives on the battlefield.

Lanz: An ally of Noah who wields a large sword, which can also act as a shield.

Yunie: Childhood friend of Noah and Lanz, she has a strong personality and never hesitates to speak her mind. She specializes in healing her allies in battle.

Miyo: The other protagonist of this story, Miyo is an Agnus soldier and a transmitter, like Noah.

Taion: A tactician who fights alongside Miyo, using her intelligence and insight.

Sena: A soldier allied with Miyo and Taion. Despite her small stature, Sena hides immense physical strength!
