Shipping policy

The items available in our warehouse in Switzerland are delivered to our courier on the same day or on the next working day following the order, depending on the order. Please note the delivery times, which are indicated on our website for the respective product. For all items coming from European or non-European warehouses, delivery times are approximately 3 to 25 days.
These are empirical values, which however may vary due to bottlenecks in the sector. A delay in delivery never leads to a reduction in the selling price.

To deliver the goods as quickly as possible, we also carry out partial deliveries. There are no additional costs.

For mixed orders we cannot guarantee simultaneous delivery of the items.

We reserve the right to offer limited deliverable items and special offers in domestic quantities only for the conclusion of the contract.

The delivery times indicated are based on information received from our suppliers and are not binding on the company. Under no circumstances can claims for compensation for damages be asserted against the company. The shipping costs to be paid are indicated before the order (in the "add to cart" and "checkout" phases).
