The Reservation allows the Customer to secure a copy of the selected Product long before the Product is actually available for sale. As far as possible, the reserved Products will be shipped sufficiently in advance so that the Customers can enjoy them from the expected release date of the Product. For some delivery locations (islands, locations with logistical difficulties) or in case of particular weather or socio-political events, it will not be possible to guarantee receipt of the Product on the same day as the release date. In any case, the delivery times foreseen for the Products booked, as well as those indicated for all the other Products purchased on the Site, are always indicative and may be subject to delays without this entailing any responsibility on AmazinGames. The Reservation (Preorder) of the Products, illustrated and described in the relative descriptive and technical sheets on the Site, is made by the Customer at the price indicated at the time of placing the order, in addition to shipping costs and any other ancillary costs indicated in the course. of the purchase procedure. Before confirming the willingness to make the payment, the Customer will be shown a summary with an indication of the unit cost of each Product chosen, the total cost in case of purchase and / or booking of more Products and the relative shipping costs, where applicable. By confirming the payment, upon completion of the transaction, the order will be forwarded and the Customer will receive an e-mail message confirming the purchase and / or booking, containing the date, the total amount of his order and the details of the same. , as well as a series of information regarding the operation.
Orders containing both purchase orders for available Products and reservations, will be divided into several orders to be processed separately and the relative shipping and / or ancillary costs, if provided, will be applied to every single booking and to the total of orders of available Products.
Attention: the payment of the reserved Products is charged at least 10 (ten) days before the fulfillment of the order, coinciding with the taking over of the Product to be delivered by the courier. At the time of booking, the amount will only be fully committed to Geek Group Sagl.
In the case of bookings made with a Paypal account (not linked to a traditional credit card), no amount will be committed and , as in the case of prepaid or rechargeable cards, the amount will be charged at least 10 (ten) days before the order is processed. It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that the funds necessary for the payment of the Products ordered are in their Paypal account at least 10 (ten) days before the product's release date. Should there be cases in which the release of the product is postponed, the amount will be refunded only upon request for cancellation by the customer. If on that date the funds in the account are not sufficient to cover the price of the Products ordered, the shipment cannot be made and the order is suspended. Normally, the Customer Service will in any case contact all Customers who find themselves in this situation and request the integration of the missing funds. In the case of bookings made with rechargeable, virtual or temporary debit / credit cards, the Products price will be debited within 24/48 hours of receiving the order.
