GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SERVICE The Customer delivers to Geek Group Sagl. your console, paying a fee of 30 Chf. (thirty / 00) as a contribution for the logistic and shipping costs of the console to and from the repair center of Geek Group Sagl and for the technical analysis of the fault. This amount is non-refundable. Before delivering the product for repair, the Customer must provide for the deletion of their personal and / or sensitive data from the device's memory. If the deletion of data proves impossible or is not carried out correctly, their processing by Geek Group Sagl may take place in accordance with the law, within the limits of what is necessary for the provision of the requested repair service. In any case, Geek Group Sagl is not responsible in the event of loss, tampering or illegal processing of any data not correctly removed from the device. Upon completion of the verification, Geek Group Sagl will contact the Customer to communicate the expected times for the repair and return of the product and / or to provide other information (for example: the impossibility of repair; anticipation or postponement of the delivery times already communicated, etc.). The repairs will be carried out by Geek Group Sagl promptly, within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days from the delivery of the product by the Customer, and may include the replacement of internal components of the device or even the replacement of the entire console with a remanufactured product, as long as it has functional characteristics similar to or superior to the device to be replaced. The correct execution of the repair activity will be covered by a conventional guarantee of 3 (three) months, starting from the date of return of the product. The physical components of the repaired or replaced product are expressly excluded from this conventional warranty. Geek Group Sagl in any case reserves the right not to proceed with the repair, informing the Customer of the non-repairability of the console, if at the sole discretion of Geek Group Sagl the repair intervention it is technically impossible, particularly complex or too expensive, considering the value of the asset and the extent of the defect. The Customer must collect the console, paying the cost of the repair (in case of repaired or replaced product) within 15 (fifteen) days from the date communicated by Geek Group Sagl for this purpose. In case of failure to collect the product, after 30 (thirty) days from the expiry of the deadline set for collection, the product will be considered abandoned and Geek Group Sagl will be free to proceed with its disposal or to dispose of it in otherwise, without further notice and without obligation to pay any consideration or compensation in favor of the Customer.
