Refund policy
eturn Policy (14-Day and 30-Day Return Period)
You have 14 days (or 30 days, where applicable) from the receipt of your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. This allows us to evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (e.g. food)

Custom products (e.g. special orders or personalized items)

Personal care goods (e.g. beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
As with other returns, the item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund is approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@amazingames.ch.
Right of Withdrawal
For all purchases made on the AMAZINGAMES Online website, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without penalties and without stating a reason, within 14 calendar days from the date the product was delivered.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, send an email to info@amazingames.ch within the above-mentioned time frame, clearly stating your intention to cancel the purchase.
Once the withdrawal is communicated, the product must be returned within 14 calendar days, in its original condition, properly stored and handled with normal care.

AMAZINGAMES Online will refund the full amount paid for the returned product.
The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The item must be returned in a sealed package, including the order number and purchase date, to the address indicated above. Alternatively, with prior authorization from customer service, it may be returned to an Amazing Games retail store.
To exercise the right of withdrawal for audiovisual products and software (including video games, new or used), the original sealed packaging must be intact.
AMAZINGAMES Online commits to processing the refund within 14 calendar days from receipt of the withdrawal request, after receiving and verifying the returned item, or upon receiving proof that the item has been shipped—whichever comes first.
Note: Some payment methods (such as prepaid credit cards) may take longer to reflect refunded amounts.
You do not have the right of withdrawal if the total amount paid is less than CHF 30.00, excluding additional fees.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to orders placed using the “In-store pickup” service, since these are considered in-store purchases allowing the customer to physically inspect the item prior to buying.
