Your adventure starts here
You can choose to be a hero or heroine in Pokemon Moon , and you can give yourself a name of your choice. The story begins soon after your character has moved to the Alola region. As soon as you reach your level your adventures begin to unfold, and you will meet many people and Pokémon as you grow and learn.
Starter Pokemon Rowlet
Rowlet, the grass/flying type, sneaks up on its foe, gliding without making a sound, and showers them with powerful kicks. It extracts razor-sharp leaves from its plumage, allowing it to unleash deadly ranged attacks.
Discover the Alola region
The new adventure in Pokemon Moon takes place on an archipelago of tropical islands. Four natural islands and one artificial island comprise the Alola region. The Alola region is also known as a resort area. Tourists flock here from all over the world! Alola is surrounded by the sea. It is characterized by a diverse ecosystem, native Pokemon coexist with Pokemon from other regions that have arrived more or less recently.
The tour of the islands
This ancient tradition, born from the original culture that developed in Alola, is a ritual journey in which young Trainers visit the four islands of the region to perfect their skills. As the protagonist of Pokemon Moon , you too will embark on this journey.
The evidence of the tour of the islands
To complete the island tour, the young participants will have to face tests set up on each island, such as searching for particular tools or answering quizzes. The skill in fighting will not be enough to overcome them all!
The Great Trials
The final test on each island, the Grand Test, consists of a battle against the island's Kahuna. Defeating him will earn you official recognition and allow you to move on to the next island.
The Z Moves
Z-Moves are powerful moves that can only be used once per battle. When the Trainer's will aligns with that of the Pokémon, the explosive force of a Z-Move is unleashed! These powerful moves are available to all Pokémon.
