The game shows the fight between elite international units in trouble spots around the world in single and multiplayer modes.
Medal of Honor Warfighter tells the story of Tier 1 Operator "Preacher", who returns home from a deployment only to find his family in shambles from his years of deployment. As he tries to reunite his family and mend his marriage, he discovers that they are ultimately the reason he went into battle. But when a highly lethal explosive device threatens the civilian population and his two worlds collide, Preacher and his comrades are sent back into battle to face the threat. They rise to the challenge of their adversary and will do whatever it takes to protect their loved ones from harm.

Darra Arms Market Multiplayer Map: The first map is set in the thriving Darra Arms Market in Pakistan. The world's largest illegal arms market, Darra is ruled by tribes and there are only two principles: hospitality and revenge. The police are not allowed to enter the area and the laws are made by the tribal leader. This multiplayer map combines narrow streets with open markets. It is available for all game modes and supports 10v10 games and 6v6 home run mode.
Chitral Multiplayer Map: The second location is Chitral, far north of Pakistan, bordered by Afghanistan to the west and China to the north. It is a remote area ruled by tribes who do not even allow the Pakistani military to operate there. In this breathtaking multiplayer map, players will find a sprawling base above the Kunar River, in the shadow of the Hindu Kush. Choose your international elite soldier and dominate with your teammate in all 10v10 modes, as well as the extremely fast 6v6 home run mode with no respawns.
On the battlefield, players will have access to exclusive camouflage weapon loadouts inspired by the gear used by the SEALS on their missions.
