Based on the highly anticipated DreamWorks animated film, Madagascar is the only game that lets players step into the world of the four hilarious animals from Central Park Zoo - a crew full of personality that includes a lion, zebra, giraffe and hippo. Players must master each animal's natural ability as they camp out across the exciting city of New York and the dangerous island of Madagascar, interacting with other animals and battling obstacles and enemies in settings straight from the movie and beyond.

Characteristics:

• The only game that gives players a chance to relive the film and beyond - the fight for survival has never been so much fun. Players must control one of the four main characters from the film - Alex the Lion, Marty the Zebra, Gloria the Hippo and Melman the Giraffe to overcome obstacles, interact with movie and exclusive game characters and battle enemies.
• Get the rhythm along the way - Players develop new skills as they take on the role of each animal in the zoo, helping Alex maximize the power of his claws, roar and leap; helping Marty perform a high jump, back kick and invisible slow pace; mastering Gloria's butt-smashing and barrel-moving execution; and perfecting Melman's helicopter spin and neck-throwing ammo escapade, which he uses to launch coconuts and lemurs.
• Swing the city and rule the jungle - Players test their animal skills as they explore a variety of different mini-game environments and 11 action-packed chapters, including “Marty's Escape” from the Central Park Zoo, “Penguin Mutiny” aboard a giant cargo ship, and “Lemur Rave” with exotic animals in the jungles of Madagascar.
• The fun never ends - Players can improve their performance as they replay chapters and unlock character-specific bonuses and cheats.
