A land of legends and mysteries

Topped by the imposing Mount Coronet, Sinnoh is filled with landscapes as majestic as they are mysterious.

Your journey begins when a famous professor specializing in Pokémon evolution tasks you with exploring the region and helping him complete a Pokémon encyclopedia called the Pokédex.

As a Pokémon Trainer, you'll encounter many different characters and Pokémon throughout your adventures, including other Trainers looking for a challenge! But beware—a sinister organization called Team Galactic will be threatening you at every turn. What could these elegant members be up to?

Test your skills as a Trainer by taking on the Gym Leaders of Sinnoh. With each victory, your chances of competing in the Pokémon League will increase. Can you become the next Champion of Sinnoh?

Before you set off, you'll need to choose a Pokémon to accompany you on your first adventure.

Explore the Great Dungeons

This time you won't find just any Underground, but the Great Underground! This vast labyrinth that extends beneath the entire Sinnoh region hides a wealth of secrets and Pokémon to discover.

To access the Great Underground, you'll need the Explorer Kit, which you'll receive during your adventure. Once there, you can dig up treasures and Pokémon fossils, or create a Secret Base, a customizable space all your own!

As you explore the underground, you’ll come across unique environments called Pokémon Hides. From underground lagoons to volcanic landscapes, these locations are home to a wide variety of Pokémon, including some that can’t be found anywhere else.

Want some company during your underground adventures? Interact with other Trainers locally or online and explore the Great Dungeon together.

Super Gare-show

Show off your best moves in Super Showdowns! In these contests, you'll battle against three other Trainers and join forces with your Pokémon to put on unforgettable performances. Impress the crowd in five categories—Coolness, Cuteness, Beauty, Toughness, and Cleverness—and earn Showdown Points by dancing, performing special moves, and more.

A great look can make your adventure even more fun! Visit the Metronome Look Corner in Veilstone City to discover the latest Sinnoh fashions.

You can also customize the appearance of your Pokémon! Decorate capsules with stamps, which will customize the effects that appear when your Pokémon emerge from their Poké Balls. From swirling petals to electric sparks, there's something for every Pokémon. Stamps can be purchased in shops or earned by defeating Gym Leaders and winning Super Showdowns.
