Rhythm Paradise Megamix (Nintendo 3DS)

Rhythm Paradise, one of Nintendo’s craziest and most hilarious series, is getting ready to return to portable consoles!
In Rhythm Paradise Megamix, players will be challenged to test their sense of rhythm by chopping wood, fork-wielding fast-flying viruses, playing badminton while piloting a plane, and much, much more, all set to catchy music. The accessible control scheme and catchy tunes, combined with the new visual feedback system, make this a great addition to the Rhythm Paradise series and a must-buy for any rhythm game fan.

To earn points, players will have to keep time with scrupulous precision in over one hundred rhythm games, each with its own melody, drawn from the entire Rhythm Paradise series and accompanied by 30 brand new rhythm games.
Good rhythm is rewarded with coins that players can spend in the bar to show off their rhythm skills in new games not included in the story mode, or for souvenirs of challenges completed. In the bar it is also possible to activate the Japanese tracks and lyrics, to be able to play in the original language.

Coins can also be used to challenge the guardians Mr. Slow, Mr. Moderate, and Mr. Quick, who block any progress if their challenges are not completed.
Each guardian has a different difficulty level: Mr. Adagio's trials are the easiest, but also cost the most coins, while Mr. Presto's trials are much harder, but cheaper. Each player will have to decide whether to push their skills to save coins or play it safe but at a higher cost.

Alongside rhythm games from the Nintendo DS title Rhythm Paradise and the Wii title Beat the Beat: Rhythm Paradise, games from the Japan-only Game Boy Advance title Rhythm Tengoku are also included, bringing these classic games to European players for the first time in Rhythm Paradise Megamix. All of these timeless rhythm games are joined by brand-new games for the Nintendo 3DS family of systems, making Rhythm Paradise Megamix the perfect collection of rhythm-based challenges for everyone.

In addition to the main game mode, Rhythm Paradise Megamix offers two major new features: the StreetPass terrace and Challenge Land.
On the StreetPass Terrace, players will compete in the same game to earn coins, but opponents with a better sense of rhythm will be very difficult to beat.
In Challengeland, up to four players can work together in local multiplayer or download mode to tackle rhythm games in new conditions, joining forces to find the rhythm and become the band of the moment.
