Yes, Bowser has kidnapped Princess Peach once again! Our hero Mario opposes all this, but is thwarted by Bowser's new henchmen, the mischievous Broodals! Cappy, a hat with unique properties, comes to the rescue of the friendly plumber! For Mario and Cappy, an epic adventure lies ahead, the greatest ever! All aboard the Odyssey, the journey begins!

In Super Mario Odyssey, players will search for Power Moons, new items that replace the classic Power Stars from previous chapters, but they are not limited to just that! Power Moons act as fuel for Mario's ship, the Odyssey: the more you collect, the more worlds you can explore in the game. Collecting Power Moons is the main objective for players: they can be collected in the most disparate ways! For example, obtained as a reward after completing a mission or request from a villager, hidden among the levels or on seemingly unreachable platforms. Discovering every secret and collecting all the Power Moons is the most fun challenge for players (even the most skilled!) in this huge sandbox game!

During his journey, Mario will meet Cappy, a new friend with incredible powers! Cappy is not just a chatty piece of clothing: he allows Mario to Cap-ture his enemies! For the first time in the history of the series, our hero can transform into a Goomba, Bullet Bill and other classic enemies. He can even take the form of a massive T-Rex! Cap-ture an enemy allows Mario to exploit their unique characteristics, fight in a unique way and reach areas of the map that would otherwise be unreachable. Cappy can also be used as a boomerang and perform incredible attacks and jumps! Hats off!

Mario will travel aboard the Odyssey, a strange ship that also serves as a home. Thanks to it, he will be able to visit very different worlds! Each one will have inhabitants, characteristics, secrets and even its own local currency, with which to buy unique clothes to access new areas! Players will be able to visit New Donk City, a metropolis inspired by the classic "Donkey Kong", where it will be possible to drive vehicles on the road, climb skyscrapers and meet old friends! Or grab some maracas and dance in Tostalandia, get in touch with a prehistoric nature in the Waterfall Kingdom or taste exquisite dishes in the Cooker Kingdom. And much more is just waiting to be discovered!

At the same time as the launch of Super Mario Odyssey, 3 new amiibo compatible with the game will be available in stores, namely:

• Mario (dressed as a groom).
• Peach (wedding dress).
• Bowser (groom's suit).

Each amiibo will allow players to unlock new costumes for Mario and even in-game assistance!
