Upon his arrival, Sonic is tasked with a dangerous mission by the grandson of the legendary wizard Merlin. It seems that only Sonic possesses the power to wield the ancient sword Caliburn and end the reign of the terrible Black Knight. But is everything really as it seems in medieval Camelot, or is Sonic about to face an unknown danger?
With your remote in hand, you have the power to swing Sonic's sword with simple gestures. This will immerse you even more in the action as you battle menacing knights, strange creatures, and powerful bosses. As you progress, you'll gain access to special attacks and powers that will make you unstoppable.
The fast-paced action takes place across thirteen visually stunning environments where you'll have to scale castle walls, race through forests and propel Sonic over moats by jumping on giant crossbows.
Away from the main adventure, you can test your swordsmanship by challenging up to three friends in multiplayer battles. Playing as familiar characters from the Sonic universe, you'll have to contend with both computer-controlled enemies and human opponents.
