Under the direct command of the National Command Authority, a handful of warriors are called to carry out the most delicate missions. They are the Tier 1 Operators.
More than 2 million soldiers, sailors, airmen, and marines wear the uniform. Of these, about 50 percent are under the command of Special Operations Command. The Tier 1 Operator ranks even above the most specialized members of Special Operations Command. It consists of a few hundred members, veritable living instruments of war, experts in the application of violence.
The new Medal of Honor was inspired by, and developed by, the Tier 1 Operators of this elite group. Players will step into the shoes of these warriors and test their skills against a deadly new enemy on the most inhospitable and hostile battlefield in the modern world – Afghanistan.
