Robo Pit is an arena fighting game, pure and simple. Well, maybe it's not that easy. When you start the game you have to build your own mechanical gladiator. Choice of color, body, eyes and legs. While most of your initial choices are purely aesthetic, the legs you choose will slightly impact your gameplay, altering your fighter's speed and agility, as well as their special attack.

Once you've created your own brawler bot, it's time to climb the leaderboards. To advance, you must fight the robot above you. Once defeated, you can grab an arm and then climb up. The game continues in this way until you defeat all the other fighters. However, as you climb the ladder, a few curveballs are thrown. To start off, there are various weapons you can acquire. from swords and shields to cannons and lasers. The more you use them, the faster and more effective (i.e. more harmful) they are. Additionally, some sort of “boss” robot will also be thrown your way just as often. These "bosses" use special weapons that only they have access to. Until you destroy them and take This means. These weapons can be incredibly powerful if you stick to them and make the rest of the fighters a breeze. As an added bonus, you can even save your cyber fighter to a memory card and take it to a friend's house to see who has the best robot fighting credit!
