Russian weapons of mass destruction have been stolen and must be recovered before they are sold on the black market. Third Echelon and its Russian counterpart, Voron, must work together to find them. They have sent American agent Archer and Russian agent Kestrel into the dark heart of the Russian criminal underworld. They will face a mission that will require them to work together and combine their skills, a mission that will test their belief in who they are.
