There are rewards and penalties in wins and losses in Freedom Fighters . A recruitment system based on charisma points, which are earned by freeing prisoners or conquering enemy installations, will allow the player to create an increasingly well-stocked team of soldiers, based on his ability to maintain leadership and group cohesion.
