If you happen to be an international terrorist, we advise you to update your CV and start looking for a more lucrative job - the SEALs are coming! Socom US Ships Seals is a team-based game where you play the commander of a Navy SEAL team engaged in a series of highly dangerous anti-terrorism missions.

Socom US Ships Seals offers both challenging single-player missions and the fast-paced action of multiplayer. In single-player, your four-man squad is split into two groups - Able and Bravo. As in the similar Ghost Recon, the player takes control of the commander of the Able group, while the second team member follows in his footsteps. The Bravo group, on the other hand, remains at your disposal and awaits your orders. Orders can be given through your headset by pressing the circle button to activate the channel (just like a normal walkie-talkie) and by saying simple instructions such as "Run to the control point", "Open fire" and "Cease fire". The most interesting element of this title, however, are the response or update messages from your teammates, which you receive directly through the headphones rather than through the TV speaker, where all the other sounds in the game come from. It's a simple but successful detail, which makes the game much more engaging than any other war simulation made so far.

In terms of gameplay, you and your team will have to face 12 dangerous international missions, set in four different geographical areas - Alaska, Thailand, Congo and Turkmenistan. While fighting against a vast array of trained, intelligent and above all dangerous terrorists, you will have to face objectives ranging from brutal assaults and demolitions to delicate reconnaissance and rescue operations. Remember that the SEALs are an elite "precision weapon", so carrying out orders will require careful planning, stealth maneuvers and teamwork.
