Head to the clear water for a spot of fishing, explore the surroundings and dig for fossils, or spend every waking moment decorating your dream home - the decision is yours. However you choose to live, you can be sure that you'll have fun getting to know the quirky creatures that inhabit the town alongside you.

Of course, if you want to live in luxury all the time, you’ll need to make some money, which in the game is called Bells. Luckily, how you earn Bells to pay off your mortgage and buy all the cool stuff you want is up to you, too. Whether you go out and collect items or craft them yourself, you can sell your wares to the amazing raccoon named Tom Nook at the village store.

Once you’re ready for a change of pace, you can take a quick run into town and enjoy a whole new Animal Crossing experience. From the opulent Gracie Grace department store to the Marquee Theater, there’s plenty to see and do as you interact with new animals and purchase special items you can’t find in your home town. And instead of going to Tom Nook, you can put your creations up for sale at the town auction, or spend a few Bells and try to score a bargain on something unique. Or maybe you’ll head to Shampoodle to get a makeover and return to town looking like your Mii!
