As the squad leader, interact with and get to know your teammates better. Each has their own personality, backstory, and matures over the course of the game. The player can also use or command the use of armed squads - machine gunners will lay down intense barrages, bazooka operators will destroy buildings and tanks, and mortar teams will strike the enemy from a distance.
