Pointman and his FEAR team are hired to stop Paxton Fettel, a cannibal with telepathic powers. Pointman soon discovers that he is his brother and that he is working on behalf of his mother Alma Wade, who has extraordinary psychic powers.

Pointman does not stop in front of this shocking revelation and continues his mission to destroy both of them and consequently the entire city. Fettel however asks Pointman to help him reach Alma, pregnant with an aberrant creature. Who will Pointman now trust?
