Bomberman is back, and he's more explosive than ever on Nintendo Switch !
Drop firework bombs in Super Bomberman R, the latest entry in the classic series coming to Nintendo Switch. The basic rules remain the same, but the style has been completely revisited in a modern key, with the introduction of 3D levels, photorealistic graphics and online multiplayer*.

In Super Bomberman R the player moves through maze-like grids, while placing bombs to eliminate opponents and collecting power-ups to improve his abilities.
The game is equal parts strategy and destruction: if you pin a player in a corner with a bomb, he's done for! But be careful: your bombs can hit you too!

With local and online multiplayer* options for up to eight players, it’s one-against-all action! Experience the action on a larger screen in TV mode, connect up to eight Nintendo Switch consoles in handheld mode, or play local multiplayer on a single screen wherever you are in tabletop mode**. Save the Galaxy
If you’re playing alone, Super Bomberman R features a story mode with over 50 levels and cutscenes with audio. With a variety of environments, from factories to giant temples, it’s not enough to simply place bombs correctly to get through the levels. You’ll also have to activate switches, find keys, and take on enormous bosses in the Bomberman brothers’ biggest challenge yet. And if you want to get a friend or family member involved in the co-op game, just pass them a Joy-Con!
