Can Link defeat Mario? Can Yoshi block Donkey Kong? Can Kirby punch Pikachu?
The 12 superstars are Mario, Luigi, Donkey Kong, Link, Samus, Yoshi, Kirby, Fox McCloud, Jigglypuff, Ness, Captain Falcon, and Pikachu. Each has its own three-dimensional battle environment, but special powers and obstacles are present in abundance in all areas.
Two to four players can battle simultaneously on the same screen, or one player can take on the challenges of a race with increasing difficulty until they reach the hidden boss at the highest level. The goal is to knock your opponent off the playing field as many times as possible within a set time period. Whoever wins the competition can hit their opponents with such force that they will fly into the sky and form a new constellation. Link strikes with his Master Sword, Yoshi swallows his enemies and turns them into eggs, and Fox McCloud relies on his trusty Blaster.
If you find yourself in trouble, remember that all characters can make use of classic special attack tools, such as Fire Flowers and Bob-ombs. Super Smash Bros. It is particularly easy to use, but to become a true expert, many hours of practice are needed. Knowing the most refined techniques, in fact, can make the difference between winning and losing. In addition, each character has its own strengths and weaknesses that you will have to learn to know and exploit to the fullest.
In the end, Super Smash Bros. is full of surprises. In Pikachu's arena, for example, various Pokémon appear randomly to help or hinder the players. It might seem a little strange to you that two quiet guys like Mario and Fox McCloud are fighting so hard... don't worry, though, at the end of the fight you'll see that all the characters have remained good friends.
