The Darkness II is the sequel to the acclaimed The Darkness . Developed by Digital Extremes and inspired by the horror/supernatural comic book series created by Top Cow Productions Inc., The Darkness II breaks the mold of traditional first-person shooter (FPS) gameplay and takes the player on a dark, brutal and personal journey as Jackie Estacado, a protagonist possessed by The Darkness – an ancient, dark demonic force that brings chaos and destruction.

The Darkness II It stands out for its new graphic noir style and is the only first-person shooter to use the Quad-Wielding mechanic, which allows players to grab, slash and throw objects and enemies using demonic limbs that simultaneously wield two weapons.
