Yu-Gi-Oh! The Sacred Cards, known as Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters 7: The Duel city Legend in Japan, is an RPG-style game for the Game Boy Advance. For the first time, players were given the opportunity to use the cards of the Egyptian gods in video games, albeit with modified effects to fit the game's simplified gameplay mechanics. The game's story loosely followed the Battle City story arc from the anime and manga, with adjustments that allowed the player to play as a major character and participate all the way to the Battle City finals.
